Karin & Ceasar are such a lovely couple, super fun and great to work with. They also have a lovely beautiful daughter who is too cute to be true. They wanted me to capture their weddingday on Öland, an island of the coast of Sweden. It was so much fun to get to go on location to the rugged and exciting island and find great locations for the wedding portraits. The bride and groom had already looked around for some and showed me them when I arrived the day before the wedding.
It was a beautiful and sunny day. As a portrait photographer I don’t especially like sunshine but as a guest at Karin’s and Ceasar’s wedding the weather was perfect. And as we had shady places as well as sunny to take the pictures in I was happy too in the end.
We took the pictures before the ceremony, but after dinner, just when the sun was setting I stole the couple away from their party to take some more pictures out on the moors, a place called Alvaret, and that sealed the deal for me. Made my day!
