We went to Lithuania last year, spent a few days in Vilnius. It’s an interesting mix of new and old, restored and decadent architecture right in the city centre. I enjoyed the walks, the small narrow streets and alleys. Birds on top of statues and buildings. Small details like pipes and signs on walls. Bugs and cracks and imperfections. And as always it was fun to observe people go about their everyday life.
